Wil originated the role of JJ in KARMA: The Musical at Write Act where he also starred as Bella Sera, the drag queen singer in the world premiere of Judi Ann Mason’s How Katrina Plays, played Jamaican bartender Keith in Debbie Bolsky’s Biking With Andrew Scott, and starred in Kafka's The Trial, Shakespeare's Cymbeline, and Joan Silsby's The Devil's Bride.

Wil won the NAACP Theatre Award for Best Actor in Celebration Theatre's Insurrection: Holding History and appeared in Madness In Valencia at Sacred Fools.

Other favorites include Garnet in Blade to the Heat at Stage 52 and Coast Playhouse; Godspell; Hair, Dreamgirls, and numerous characters in A Single Woman, Riprap Theatre's two-person show about America's first Congresswoman.

TV appearances include The Ex List, Will & Grace, Saints & Sinners, The Young & The Restless, The Wayans Bros., The Bold & The Beautiful, and General Hospital. Films include Expecting Love, with Robert Forster and Joshua Leonard; Surface to Air, with Michael Madsen; the KidSmartz video with Bryan Cranston, and commercials and short films including festival hit Love Is Love, with Jane Lynch; Rumors, with Hill Harper; Malachi Rempen’s Corner Store, and two self-penned shorts.

An Illinois native and Boston transplant, Wil is a member of SAG, AFTRA and AEA, and a Write Act Rep senior staff member.
