Telita Perry (Actor)

Telita Perry is a native of New Jersey and an Atlanta transplant, but began her acting career while working as a News Assistant for WCBS in New York.  With goals of being a News Reporter, on the advice of a colleague she took an acting class to make her feel comfortable in front of the camera, which inadvertently changed the course of her life. Bit by the bug, she made a career shift from news to acting, studying at Uta Hagen’s HB Studio.   Since moving to Los Angeles she has studied at Ivana Chubbuck Studios, and has worked both in front and behind the camera.  In addition, she has performed Sketch Comedy with The Shoestring Players at The Globe Playhouse.  Her credits include Strong Medicine, Weight Watchers, Nike and Burger King Commercials, numerous Independent Films and moreover she has worked as an Assistant Director and Co-Producer on many projects.  She is a member of both SAG and AFTRA and is currently seeking across the board representation.
