Dave
Hanson, born in Seattle, is a Los Angeles based writer,
actor and stand up comedian. Dave has spent the last two
years working as an Associate Producer/ Writer on the hit
show Chelsea Lately for the E! Network, as well
as making appearances on the show as a comedian and sketch
performer. Dave studied acting at the Oxford School of
Drama at Oxford University and has a BA Degree from Whittier
College where he studied Theatre Arts and English
Literature. He has also studied long form improvisation,
sketch comedy and screen writing at Improv Olympic West,
UCB Theatre and Second City Los Angeles. As an
actor he has appeared in TV and Film as well as many
national commercials. He is also the voice of Bob’s Large
Lad in the animated web series Vast Food Nation
and is a contributing writer to the website madatoms.com
