Marie McFadden (Actor)
Arielle
Marie McFadden, a Los Angeles native, received her Bachelor
of Arts degree in Acting from UCLA’s school of Theater,
Film, and Television in 2007.
She has been a part of many productions at
Write Act: both on and backstage, including You Did
What?! in the 2008 Freeway Series and was the first team
to win Write Act’s Sketch Competition Show: Best In Show.
She is represented by JDM Talent, SAG Eligible and currently
seeking commercial representation.
Arielle
has had the honor of being taught by such extraordinary
talents such as Salome Jens, Ellen Geer, and Joseph Olivieri
to name a few. At fifteen she began studying with Anthony
Meindl and The Meta-Theater Company, and has now returned
since graduation.
While at
UCLA she was a part of many wonderful productions, such as Marat-Sade
in which she portrayed Simmone Evrard, Up The Waterspout,
an award winning original play written by Ryan Borcherding,
and ended her college career playing the role of The
Postmaster/Ivan Kuzmitch in the play The Inspector
General.
Arielle has received her green cord in
Capeoira and trains with Mestre Amen Santos. She has also
been trained in Stage Combat with Ed Monoghan, and movement
with Tom Orth. In 2009 Arielle will receive her
certification to teach yoga. Her vocal training consists of
IPA, Linklater, as well as Spanish, Chicana, and
hearing-impaired dialects.
